The Monterey Dunes Colony is one of the most unique condo complexes in California. The condos are actually PUD’s (Planned unit development) so are financed like a single family home. You own your lot. The dues are $890 per month with a yearly assessment of $5,000 for reserves and the well.  Has it’s own private well for the complex.

All condos are truly beachfront! Some have better views though than others depending on placement of dunes and distance from the water. Previously some of these beautiful condos sold for under a million and sat on the market sometimes for months. I think they were underpriced back then. I still think you are getting exceptional value for your money and lots of room for prices to jump! More info about Monterey Dunes Colony.
