  • 2 – two bedroom units sold from $315,000 to $375,000 Both were non owner occupied. So investor owned or 2nd homes? Who knows.
  • $50,000 for same size condo – but higher price one beautifully remodeled (high end finishes) and sold 10 months later in year.  How much is fast appreciation and how much increase in price over 10 months. Probably some of both.
