Great views of the ocean, with two decks one off the living room the other off the guest bedroom. Closed 5/20/19

There are two addresses at Ocean Harbor House Condos – 1 Surf Way and 125 Surf Way. So which is better? It depends! 1 Surf Way if closer to the water and if you get one a couple of doors from the beach – you have a killer view. The condos are in two big V sections. They did a good job setting them up – but not all have good views. Most at least have a view from the small front deck. You can hear the waves and all but taste the ocean. But you have more steps up and down to get to your condo in most cases. Further to carry your groceries.

125 Surf Way is a little further back depending on which row you are in. Most cases, your carport is right underneath your condo or close by if you are in a ground floor unit. If you are in an upper unit in most cases you have a really great view. Many have very large decks, great for entertaining.
