Footprints on the Bay formerly known as Kimberly Apartments are a condo conversion that went on the market in 2007. The market was tanking then so only a few sold. The rest went back into the rental pool. Phases 1,2 and 3 consisted of 66 units. They were beautifully upgraded at the time with granite countertops, new cabinets, wood floors, beautifully updated baths.They also had stainless steel appliances.
The community has beautiful grounds and has a pool, clubhouse and sauna and workout room.
