Footprints on the Bay formerly known as Kimberly Apartments are a condo conversion that went on the market in 2007. The market was tanking then so only a few sold. The rest went back into the rental pool. Phases 1,2 and 3 consisted of 66 units. They were beautifully upgraded at the time with granite countertops, new cabinets, wood floors, beautifully updated baths.They also had stainless steel appliances.
The community has beautiful grounds and has a pool, clubhouse and sauna and workout room.

These were the only two bedroom units that have sold in 2016. So very likely any new sales of two bedrooms this year will go above the $400,000 mark!

Looking at unit #285 the price went up from $269,900 (6/2011) to $395,000 in 05/2016. That is an increase of $125,100 over about a 3 yr time period. That is an increase of about 46% ! This is a specific incidence – not all properties had this kind of appreciation!
