Pick of the week!!
This is one of my favorite condos – it’s a real sleeper at this price! $379,000 It’s a nice size, with a great sunroom looking out into the greenbelt area. I think this is one of the nicest ones there. You have a huge deck – also looking into the greenbelt area. It’s feels very private with a very peaceful view. So why hasn’t it sold by now? It had hideous shag carpet, lots of outdated wall paper. Now has new carpet, wall paper removed and the price has dropped almost $300,000 since it first came on the market in 2009. Call me if you would like to see this one – before its gone!!
