Carmel Valley Ranch Condo Market Update
What’s happening with the condos at Carmel Valley Ranch? There have been 4 sales in the last year, all at the Club Place Lane Condo Complex. The least expensive was the condo at 9907, a 2 bedroom, 3 bath condo 1943 sq. ft. Someone got a good buy on this condo at $600,000. This was a short sale and sometimes you can get an especially good price! A 2nd sale was a condo at 9819 Club Place a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit 1805 sq. ft. This one closed January of this year 2012 at $680,000 and was an all cash sale. Cash sales often go for a bit lower than average.
A third sale closed in February of this year at $775,000 all cash. This unit was a 2 bedroom, 3 bath condo 1943 sq. ft. It was on the golf course and extensive remodeled. The highest sale which closed in April of this year was also an all cash sale for $800,000. It was a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo, 1850 sq. ft This condo was completely remodeled with top notch materials. It was also a short sale and located overlooking the 8th fairway of the Carmel Valley Ranch Golf course. And it was an end unit.
There are two other condo complexes and prices vary depending on location and amenities. There are a number of condos on the market at all three complexes so you have great variety to choose from.
