76 Ocean Pines Lane, Pebble Beach was the lowest priced sale at $600,000 with an original list price of $629,000.  It closed This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, approx. 1245 sq.ft. This is a top floor unit with great forest views and glimpses of the Ocean and city lights. Recently repainted and new carpet installed. This condo has both a carport and a garage! Association Dues are $625 per month. This building has an elevator so no hiking up to the top level – unless you want exercise!

This unit #76 sold previously in 2009 for $520,000. Association Dues at that time were $533. So they have gone up a little over $100 in 7 yrs.

47 Ebbtide #K, Pebble Beach, sold for $630,000 with a list price of $649,950  It closed escrow in 05/2016 and was sold thru a bankruptcy court. This was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit of approx. 1540 sq. ft. This unit had a good ocean view. Many updates including an updated kitchen. , cathedral ceilings in living room, and had a single car garage as well as a carport. HOA Dues $625,000

#62 Ocean Pines, Pebble Beach sold for $656,500 with a list price of $679,000. Closed escrow 09/2016, and this was an all cash sale! This was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath , approx. 1347 sq. ft.  This had both ocean and forest views as well as a single car garage and carport. Dues also were $625.

Unit  #62 sold previously 2008 for $582,000 It was a bank foreclosed property at that time. Dues were $433.

6 Ocean Pines, Pebble Beach sold for $658,000 almost full price with a list price of $660,000. This was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit approx. 1272 sq. ft. This unit was on the second level (elevator in the building) with oceanviews from every room!  Lots of updating here with new paint, shower door, toilets as well as new flooring and appliances. This condo also had a garage and HOA dues of $665 per month.
