Sold for $3,250,000 with a list price of $2,995,000 after 15 days on the market and closed 12/8/21 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1795 sq ft. Truly a “front line” condo – meaning nothing between you and the ocean except sand. This is the ultimate penthouse residence with incredible views from all directions. You can see the pier in one direction and the dunes and sometimes Santa Cruz in the other direction.
This incredible unit has never been on the market before. So the original owner loved it so much he/she has had it for decades. The new owner has paid a little over a quarter million more than the list price. So I suspect they won’t be letting it go anytime soon either. There are only 3 other condos like it. It was completely renovated (down to the studs) in 2009. If you question this price – you would have to step inside to truly understand!
